USER POLICIES:
Prodigy Printing is a private 3D printing company which utilizes 3D printers from various distributers that are not owned and managed by Prodigy Printing. This means that although we use, own, authorize, manage, maintain, and operate upon our machines, they are not distributed by us, nor do we have the rights to re-sell them to any customers. We simply use these printers and also filament (which is also not available for re-distribution) to create a variety of custom, suggested, and also revieved 3D models to create PLA and other material types into goods which you (the customer) are allowed to purchase from our company.
We, Prodigy Printing, allow for warranty, resale of our products (so long as your resale price is greater than our initial charge), varying payment methods, QA inspection requests, the request of painting a product to a different color (with minor fees to cover employee wages and paint costs), the shipping of a product to a designated address, the request of a printed or digital copy of this here document, custom print requests (with minor fees to pay 3D modeling designers and potential costs for charged-models that are pre-existing), or the purchase of a pre-designed print with no additional costs besides baseline prices.

CUSTOM MODELING
We have few limitations on this, however, there are still restrictions and methods which are required in order for us to fulfill your order. In order to place a custom modeling order; you can either write on paper the name of what you want, the size (standardized units only), and a spellingof this (to ensure that, if we are creating something that requires internet lookup, we can guarentee that we are creating the correct item); or you may contact a representative of our company and send this information through text/email. You may also enter this idea into a competition which we conduct yearly where we poll customers to find the top five most wanted elidgible suggestions, in which the winning suggestions will be a valid product with full-tribute to its creator (that whom the suggestion was entered by) for the idea.
We also have restrictions and guidelines to what we can/cannot make, and the restrictions we have in place are as follows:
We are allowed to spoof  copywrite materials by changing minority details along with attributes enough to make it considered a spoof; however, we cannot make identical replicas of copywrite products.
We do not allow any product suggestions containing anything which the ESRB and MPA would prohibit to the customer which suggests it and purhcases.
We do allow for specifications of colors, but if this color is not in stock and you will not pay with filament in this color, we are not liable if the coloration is not as intended and you do not wish to have it painted by our employees.
Any objects that could be considered as a weapon should not be used as a weapon. If they do so happen to be used for assault purposes when not protected by the self-defense clause of federal assault-law, then you will be prohibited from buying any products which could be used as weapons. We also do not take responsibility if this product should ever be used as a weapon unlawfully.
Products may be scaled down to meet the printer's capabilities; you may be forced to leave without your product if you complain about us scaling the print down to meet size requirements.

REQUESTING ADDITIONAL SERVICES
As specified in the user rights, you are entitled to a QA testing request. When this happens, we put your print under rigorous tests to find what flaws may exist within the structural integrity of your product. They may either approve or deny the product from being given to you based on performance. You may also request a paper copy of the QA test details if you do so please; this will include where the product failed at approval along with what tests it succeeded to perform. This paper copy (up until July 20, 2026 where change to price may occur) will cost 10 cents to purchase, whereas the QA testing itself will cost 10 cents separately.
Another additional right of the user includes the requested painting of a product. This cost will vary depending on color, brand, etc., and you may request the estimate price of a paint prior to purchase.
One other right is the right to delivery to a street address. If you attempt to deliver this to anywhere but your residency, then you may be required to fill additional paperwork to specify a reason to doing this and ensure it is not something that violates private shipping laws (laws on shipping products to a private residency which you do not own). This may cost money, but only the cost of postage for a small package will be added to the base cost and no more than this. If you are ordering a delivery/shipment, please sign the line below in your full cursive name along with the requested information for shipping locations.
I _____________, agree that this product may be shipped to my residency, or to another person's residency depending on request, under my name, using my address as a return address, and that I consent to providing this information for the sake of delivering the package.

REQUESTING ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Subclause I; alternative payment:
Prodigy Printing industries (due to the existence of subdivisions of Prodigy Printing co., we are in fact Prodigy Printing industries and the Prodigy Printing company.) does accept payment in the form of filament rolls. If you are informed by an employee that we DO NOT have the requested filament color, you may request either it be painted (does cost additional painting fees), or you may provide a roll of 1.75 millimeter filament in any of the material types listed in the following sentence in whichever color you wish the product to be made in; so long as this roll contains enough grams of filament to create your 3D print, we will decrease the price you will be paying to purchase the product by the cost we have in order to create this item. The accepted material types include Carbon Fiber (CFS) and standard PLA (typical PLA criteria excludes silk PLA+ type). We apologize if these guidelines cause any inconvenience to you when attempting to pay in filament. We do in fact enforce these guidelines on material types, and will use the provided roll of filament to create your product. The primary reason we do not accept certain filament types is due to our standards of compatibility with our printers, filament integrity, filament shelf life, filament permanence, and many others.
